Townsville Fishing Expo- 31st May & 1st June- The main
goal of the Townsville Sportfishing Club Fishing and
Outdoor Expo is to keep this event very affordable for
visitors and exhibitors alike and will introduce you to many
exhibits and educational seminars that are unique to the Expo. Many
other Clubs and organizations will be invited to participate in the
Expo in keeping with the recreational theme.
World Wetlands
Day - 2nd Feb 2008- World Wetlands Day is fast approaching on
the 2nd February 2008. The day reminds us of the first
signing of the World Convention on Wetlands, widely known as the
Ramsar Convention, that took place in Ramsar, Iran, on 2 February
